Simply describe your architecture in plain English — for example, "A serverless web app with CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB." Our AI analyzes your description, asks follow-up questions to clarify your needs, then generates a complete architecture diagram with proper service icons, connections, and groupings.

Upload a photo of a hand-drawn sketch, whiteboard diagram, or screenshot. The AI uses vision capabilities to identify every component, connection, and label in your drawing, then converts it into a clean, professional architecture diagram with real AWS service icons.

You can export your diagrams in three formats: SVG (vector image, perfect for presentations and documentation), JSON (raw diagram data for programmatic use), and .drawio (compatible with draw.io/diagrams.net for further editing).

Each text-based diagram generation costs 1 credit. Each sketch-based generation costs 3 credits (due to the additional image analysis). New users get 2 free text generations and 1 free sketch generation. After that, you can purchase credit packs or subscribe to a monthly plan.

Yes! The canvas is fully interactive. You can drag nodes to reposition them, draw new connections between services, edit labels by double-clicking, resize group containers, add text notes and shapes, and undo/redo any changes.

Currently, AWS is fully supported with 30+ service icons. Azure, GCP, and Multi-Cloud support are coming soon.

Yes. Your diagrams and sketches are processed through secure API calls and are not stored on our servers after generation. We use Google authentication for sign-in and Stripe for payment processing — we never store your passwords or payment details directly.

Absolutely. Diagrams you generate are yours to use in presentations, documentation, proposals, or any other purpose. CloudDiagram.ai is provided for educational and informational purposes — please verify architecture decisions before deploying to production.

AI-generated diagrams are a starting point. You can edit any part of the diagram on the interactive canvas — move nodes, change connections, update labels, or add missing services. We recommend always reviewing the output against AWS best practices before using it in production.

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents generation, please contact us at clouddiagram@gmail.com.
